Waterjet Cutting
We have over 30 years of machine and fabrication shop experience, including over 20 years of experience with waterjet cutting.
We have 4 OMAX waterjet machines with table sizes from 2′ x 4′ up to 8′ x 16′, and Tilt-A-Jet heads for maximum precision and speed.
Our machines: OMAX 2652, OMAX 55100, OMAX Fabricator, OMAX 80x, all with OMAX Intellimax software.
Machining
Jet Fabrication Inc. uses approved local shops for machining and other operations, delivering value added services and a one stop shop for our customers.
We plan to add in house machining services in the near future.
Quality Program
Delivering quality parts, on time, is our mission at Jet Fabrication.
We offer an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D compliant Quality Management System, which also meets the requirements of MIL-I-45208A.
Our calibration program follows the guidelines of MIL-STD-45662.
Only JFI approved vendors are used for material purchasing, subcontracted services, and testing.
We welcome customer audits to ensure that we meet your vendor criteria.
